Jess Learmonth
British triathlete who won national medals as a freestyle swimmer with the City of Leeds club and also played football and golf before switching to triathlon in 2012. Her swimming made her a force on the draft-legal circuit: she became European champion in 2017, took two Commonwealth Games silvers in 2018 and finished runner-up in the 2019 World Triathlon Series. She won Olympic gold in the mixed relay at Tokyo 2020 and has since moved to non-drafting middle-distance racing.
