Harry Palmer
British middle- and long-distance triathlete who first made his mark in Wales, winning Challenge Wales and taking three straight Ironman 70.3 Swansea titles from 2024 to 2026. His third place at Ironman Leeds in 2025 qualified him for his first Ironman World Championship in Nice. In May 2026 he won Challenge's The Championship in Šamorín, coming from three minutes down on the run after a mechanical, his biggest win so far and his first outside Wales.
