Diede Diederiks
Dutch triathlete with an unusually broad range, racing duathlon, cross and middle- and long-distance triathlon. She only took up mountain biking at 27, yet won the 2023 Cross Duathlon world title in Ibiza despite a flat tyre. On the road she has won a string of Ironman 70.3 races in Poland and Belgium, and her second place at Ironman South Africa in 2024 earned her a start at the Ironman World Championship.
