A cable-actuated hydraulic disc caliper: a normal brake cable from the lever drives a sealed hydraulic unit at the caliper. TRP lists it as compatible with Shimano and SRAM 11-speed road shift levers, so mechanical builds get hydraulic-style braking without hydraulic levers.
