German triathlete from Leipzig who came to the sport from swimming and raced short course before switching to the 70.3 distance in 2023. He won the 70.3 World Championship in Lahti that same year, becoming the youngest men's champion in the event's history. A powerful cyclist, he has since won T100 San Francisco twice and set a bike course record on his way to third at Challenge Roth in 2026.
